We use our original four-step psychological training process, from scientific assessment, customized improvement plans, psychological training and workshops, to evaluation and resource allocation. We strive to improve employees’ psychological capital and work performance and optimize the overall allocation of human resources.
1. Corporate psychological capital assessment
Psychological capital is like financial capital. The more profit you have, the stronger your ability to deal with problems will be. Therefore, in the first step, we will focus on assessing psychological capital for the company and find out the needs and directions that can help the company progress.
2. Develop an improvement plan
Once the assessment is complete, the next step is to develop an improvement plan for your business and your employees. Taking care of the mental health and psychological needs of employees from within, learning from the outside to improve the skills required for business and work, and teamwork among employees.
3.Transformation process
Change is a process. Our psychologists and human resources experts will host training and workshops throughout the journey, and follow up the progress of the change carefully and attentively to ensure that it meets the initial plan.
4. Feedback and resource optimization
After completing the entire program, in addition to employees being able to learn additional skills and thinking patterns, we will also conduct an assessment for the company, analyze the employees' personalities, strengths and weaknesses, and assist the company in optimizing human resources and employee allocation.
